Nike wanted young London, New York, Paris, Seoul, Shanghai and Tokyo to turn their imagination into reality and design the future of Air Max.
The 2 month London ‘On Air’ experience invited young Londoners to attend design workshops and create a concept for the future of Air Max for London, based on their experience of the city and existing Air Max icons. A shoe designed for the city, by the city. Jasmine Lasode's Air Max 97 ‘Summer of Love’ was crowned the winner. She headed to Portland to turn her design into reality.
Supporting creative assets included visual drivers on nike.com, The Nike App, Instagram Stories, Snapchat Geofilters for the live event, merch, posters and digital Out of Home as well as in-store and window displays for Niketown Oxford Circus.
